A 25-company team led by Booz·Allen & Hamilton was awarded a series of contracts worth up to $251.8 Million by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). INDUS is a direct subcontractor to Booz-Allen and is scheduled to provide Program Management and Systems Engineering services to SPAWAR. The contracts are designed to provide: Program Management, Engineering Services, Installation Management, Test and Evaluation, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services across all SPAWAR programs.

The PMTO contracts were awarded for one year with 4 one-year options. David Karp, the Booz Allen Program Manager, remarked that "PMTO represents SPAWAR's primary professional services contracting strategy for supporting the Program Directorates and Program Managers. It will facilitate continuous high quality support spanning all of the Command's mission needs." Dr. K. P.
