San Diego based INDUS Technology, Inc. is moving its Sorrento Valley Headquarters to Old Town San Diego to accommodate recent staff growth in support of the SPAWAR Program Management Team Omnibus (PMTO) contract. INDUS recently won subcontracts from two of the Prime Contractors on PMTO; Booz Allen & Hamilton for Program Management and Maxim Systems for Engineering Services. A 25-company team led by Booz·Allen & Hamilton was awarded a series of contracts in December 1999 worth up to $251.8 Million by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR).

At the same time, INDUS opened an office in Ridgecrest, CA to begin Systems Engineering work with the Naval Air Warfare Center-Weapons Division (NAWC-WD), China Lake and to continue recruiting locally for the Engineering Support Services (ESS) contract soon to be awarded by China Lake. INDUS is sharing space with its teammates, Engineering Management Concepts (EMC) and Tybrin Corporation. This impressive team of small businesses is committed to winning the forthcoming ESS procurement in 2000.
