Frank was Executive Vice President and one of the founders of ComGlobal Systems, Inc., and helped lead its growth from startup in 1995 to over $34 Million in Revenue for 2003. Frank is also a past president of NDIA’s San Diego Chapter and serves on the NDIA National Board of Trustees’ Board of Directors.
