Mr. Mickle is a 1977 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, having served as an active duty Surface Warfare Officer and completed his career in the Naval Reserve at the rank of Captain. Mr. Mickle complements the INDUS culture and brings valuable experience from his prior companies for our continued growth and expansion into new areas. As part of Northrop Grumman and its predecessors he led Combat Systems and C4ISR operations in support of NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, and the Coast Guard primarily in the Oxnard Plain, SPAWAR San Diego, Washington DC, and Virginia Beach. Most recently as President of KRATOS Advanced Technical Solutions division Mr. Mickle led an 500+ person organization supporting customers at SPAWAR, JIATF-South, NUWC Keyport, NAWC WD Pt Mugu, Pacific Missile Range Facility, White Sands Missile Range, DLA, DCMA, DISA and various other locations/commands. INDUS is positioned to graduate from a mid-sized Small Business to a Large Business within the next two years and Mr. Mickle is a key hire in our strategic plan to graduate aggressively from our Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) status into Large Business status.
