He will be taking over the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and will be responsible for the following commands: SPAWAR, PEO C4I, JPEO JTRS, and both SSC-Atlantic and Pacific.
