| NDIA Names Prestigious Small Business Award to Honor INDUS
Technology Founder Dr. Kathleen P. Sridhar |
| The National
Defense Industry Association (NDIA) Board of Directors recently
voted to change the name
of the National Small Business Excellence Award to the “Kathleen
Sridhar Small Business Executive of the Year Award”.
By unanimous vote, the NDIA National Board of Directors honored
one of its fallen leaders, contributors and business executive.
Earlier this year Dr. Sridhar was the first recipient of this
award (posthumously) in recognition of her leadership in growing
INDUS Technology from a start-up company to over 150 employees,
her leadership as President of the NDIA San Diego Chapter and
contribution to the National NDIA organization as Trustee while
fighting a valiant battle against breast cancer. |
