welcomes Mr. Robin Mickle as Senior Vice President, Western
Operations. Mr. Mickle is a 1977 graduate of the U.S.
Naval Academy, having served as an active duty Surface
Warfare Officer and completed his career in the Naval
Reserve at the rank of Captain. Mr. Mickle complements
the INDUS culture and brings valuable experience from
his prior companies for our continued growth and expansion
into new areas. |

| INDUS Technology WINS SPAWAR Comptroller Legacy Systems
Data Cleansing Contract |
| INDUS Technology, Inc. announced
today that they were awarded a five year Task Order under
their Seaport-e contract worth approximately $8.2 Million
when all options are exercised. INDUS will be supporting
the SPAWAR Comptroller's office by assisting them with
financial data clean-up of the General Fund legacy Standard
Accounting and Reporting System-Headquarters Claimant
Module tables, detail document balances, and general
ledger account balances. |

| INDUS wins Life Cycle Management Support Contract |
| INDUS Technology, Inc. announced
today that they have received a contract task order award
under its Seaport-e contract. INDUS will provide Life
Cycle Management Support Services for the US Navy Support
Equipment Program to the Commander, Naval Air Forces
(COMNAVAIRFOR) Code N4212 in Norfolk, VA. |
