Liberty Business Associates, LLC, in conjunction with INDUS Technology, Inc was notified that their joint venture, “Liberty INDUS, LLC”, was awarded an $8,645,095.00 contract supporting the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic).for the base year. |

| INDUS Technology was notified by their prime contractor, General Dynamics Information Technology, that they have been selected to support Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Pacific Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Secure Voice and Defense Red Switch Network contract, providing information assurance and interoperability programs and systems. |

| INDUS Technology, Inc SeaPort-e Contract Extended for Another 5 Year |
| INDUS Technology was informed that the Option period for their SeaPort-e Contract has been renewed. INDUS will be able to support the Space and Naval Warfare Command (SPAWAR), NAVSEA and the Program Executive Office (PEO) for another five years as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This contract is the preferred contract vehicle by the Navy. |

| INDUS Technology, Inc was notified that their prime contractor/team mate, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc, won an $11 million, five year (base year plus four option years) contract to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) division in Keyport, WA. |
