INDUS Announces Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) Help Desk and Configuration Management Support Services Contract Award

San Diego, CA, August 2, 2018: INDUS Technology, Inc. (INDUS) a Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Government Support Services provider, received notification from SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic that INDUS was awarded a $1.6M contract to provide Help Desk and Configuration Management support to the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC).

This award will provide 5 years of Tier 1 Help Desk and Configuration Management Librarian support for the NECC’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems. This support encompasses manning the Help Desk, recording the trouble call via Information Technology Service Manager (ITSM) system and assigning the ticket, as well as maintaining the Master CM Repository/Library for all items (hardware/software and documentation). Support will be provided in Charleston, South Carolina, at the facilities of SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic.

Mr. Eric MacGregor, INDUS President and CEO, stated “We’re excited to expand our foot print in the Charleston area and provide support to the Navy’s Expeditionary Forces.” This effort will be managed by Lee “Skip” Dennison, who also runs INDUS’ field office in Charleston.
