San Diego, California – INDUS Technology, Inc, a 100% Employee-Owned Government services provider, announced the promotion of Bryan McGuire to Vice President as the Division 2 Lead. The Division 2 portfolio includes contract efforts based in San Diego, CA, Kauai, HI, Oahu, HI, Hawthrone, NV, and Keyport, WA and over 200 personnel. In this role, Bryan will be responsible for driving corporate strategy and growth initiatives in these markets by aligning capabilities with customer needs, bringing consistent yet innovative solutions to customers.
Following a successful 22-year career with the U.S. Navy, Bryan moved to industry as a Technical Trainer developing Advanced Warfare Training (AWT) curriculum to train the Navy Fleet on the Ship’s Self Defense System (SSDS), radars, and weapon systems onboard Carriers and Amphibious class ships. In 2017, Bryan joined INDUS where he honed his project and program management expertise, leading cross functional teams in shipyard environments and conducting high level briefings to his customers and military leadership. In 2022, he was promoted to Program Manager where he managed two prime contract efforts within Division 2. Bryan successfully cultivated organic task order growth and managed the performance of INDUS and subcontractors located at various military installations in the San Diego area.
