Each year The San Diego Business Journal recognizes San Diego’s Top Workplaces based upon responses received from employee-completed surveys. Confidential input from personnel, administered by a third party, provided feedback to 78 questions focusing on internal Employee Engagement and Satisfaction. This year, the list-making companies in San Diego will be honored at an awards ceremony on September 19, 2019. INDUS hopes to be selected as a Top 5 finalist.
