Cary Cheshire joined INDUS as the Vice President of Business Development in 2020, leading market and customer growth across all Divisions under INDUS’ portfolio. As the Chief Growth Officer, Cary will continue to drive corporate strategy and growth initiatives by aligning capabilities with customer needs to strengthen the company’s ability to bring consistent yet innovative solutions to customers. Cary is a former Navy Supply Corps Officer, and brings 25+ years of experience in consulting, program/financial management, and data analytics roles with Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Consulting.
Tricia Mercer joined INDUS two years ago as the Vice President of People and Culture. In the newly created Chief People Officer role, Tricia will continue to cultivate an integrity-rich workplace by crafting and maintaining the values of the company and maximizing the employee experience. Her leadership will set the company up for long-term success as the employer of choice. Tricia brings 17 years of defense industry experience as an IT and cybersecurity subject matter expert before moving into employee and company culture-focused leadership roles.
